My order says delivered but I have not received it?


If the situation ever occurs please contact your local post office with the tracking information provided by Heritage Essentials UK. Heritage Essentials UK takes pride in packing our orders with lots of love care and attention. We always make sure our orders are placed well and are in great condition before despatching, however after we drop package off to the post office we are not responsible for any loss, damage or stolen packages.
